The FAQ is updated as needed. Updates will help with a better understanding for your shopping experience.
1. How long will shipping take?
Answer: Once AK ships an order, the time it takes for a customer to receive it is left up to the postal service. You may use the tracking code to track your order.
2. I received the wrong order. What do I do?
Answer: Email customer support at info@akts.shop to inform them of the item received, then follow the instructions for return/refund.
3. My item does not look the same as its description.
Answer: All items will vary slight difference than in its description due to camera using to take the picture, sizing, coloring due to lighting, etc. Please note that AK take pride in their crafting abilities and hope that all of your interests are met.
4. Can I get my item quicker than what is offered?
Answer: AK offer only shipping methods at checkout. We suggest placing an order early so you can receive it before the date needed.
5. Is my personal information secure?
Answer: All information sent is secured. Orders that require more information to be sent will be deleted once item is completed and shipped. All personal ordering information, such as name, address, email info and payment methods are kept securely in the Shopify/AK database.
6. What payment methods are offered at checkout?
Answer: Only credit/debit cards are accepted. You may also pay using an active paypal account with the paypal account being in the customer's name making the purchase.
7. Where is my order?
Answer: All orders have a tracking number that should be sent to the customer after all orders are shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number within 5-10 days, contact support at info@akts.shop
8. Is there a handling fee with my order.
Answer: There is no additonal handling fee; however, handling fees are included with shipping costs.
9. I need to return my order. Where do I send the package?
Answer: Please review the return policy and follow all instructions, thereafter.
10. I need to cancel my order.
Answer: You have until the order is shipped to cancel an order. Once an order is shipped, you will need to start a return/refund. Send in your request to info@akts.shop.
11. How do I start a return?
Answer: You may go to info@akts.shop requesting a return. Wait for a reply email. After you receive a reply, you must follow each instruction. You have up to 30 days to request a return/refund; however, if a request is made due to item broken, then a picture of broken item must be taken and sent to AK within 24hrs of delivery date.
12. I have received a portion of my order.
Answer: Receiving only a portion of your order is most likely due to a longer completion time. An email should be sent to each customer if only a portion of the order is sent and reasons for the portion. Please check your email.
13. How is my personal information used?
