Refund policy
Returns
We (AK) have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact AK at info.akts.shop . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 5492, Lake Charles La 70606.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery receipt will not receive a return authorization slip, rather an email with explanation for an unauthorized return.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our (AK) error will not receive a return authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, a set of instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent via email.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for shipping. We suggest that you keep the tracking number and purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You may however contact us for any questions or comments about your return at info.akts.shop.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund within 15 business days after receiving approval for refund:
First, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item was shipped, item is damaged or not according to the original order placed. Please remember that each item is uniquely crafted to meet your specific request. If an exchange is needed, please see the return policy.
After inspection of item, approval for another item will be granted and shipped. NOTE: Items will only be exchanged for orders originally placed, not for any different items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 24hrs of delivery receipt to info.akts.shop, if the item is damaged or have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
